Brand and type

Colours live in the Ink, Chalk, Mute and Volt tokens: change Volt to recolour every accent, trace and live state at once.

Headings use Sofia Sans Extra Condensed, body text Geist and data Geist Mono, all as text styles with desktop, tablet and phone sizes.

Classes, coaches and the timetable

Classes, Coaches and Sessions are CMS collections. Each class has a photo, heart-rate zone, length, coach, times and ‘Pulse beats’ (where the spikes fall on its hover trace, 0-100).

Each session needs a Day (Mon to Sun), a Time written like 18:00 – 18:50 and a Start in minutes for sorting. The live timetable reads those times in the visitor’s local time and lights the class that is on now.

Streak Image

Every big photo is a Streak Image component. Pick the image, then choose when it plays (Load, Scroll, Hover or None), the direction, streak strength, travel and focus point. Without JavaScript it shows the sharp photo.

Pulse Line

The heart-rate traces are Pulse Line components. Set colour, beat positions, spike height and how it runs: Loop, Hover (inside a card), Scroll once, Static or Form success (flat until the trial form is sent).

Motion overrides

Small code overrides add the rest: withStopwatch ticks any 00:00.00 text, withSplit counts numbers up like a stopwatch, withWords lights a sentence as you scroll, withOpenHours reads rows like ‘Mon – Fri 05:30 – 22:00’ and writes the open now line. Keep the text formats and they keep working.

Forms

The free trial form submits to Framer forms by default. Open the form and add a webhook or email destination in its settings. The Submit Button has Default, Pending, Success, Error and Incomplete states.

Photos

Portraits and gym photos are placeholders from the template author and Unsplash. Replace them with your own club before launch.
